ONLINE SESSIONS

I offer online individual counseling services to anyone living in Virginia or Florida. Once you begin services with me, you will be given access to an online client portal where you will be able to complete paperwork, send secure messages, and attend your video sessions. Many people prefer to attend therapy online for the added convenience—no driving, finding parking, finding childcare, etc. As an added bonus, research suggests that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face! I do hope to return to my office in Bon Air in the near future and when I begin to offer in-person services I will continue to offer online sessions as well.

SESSION LENGTH AND FEES

Sessions are 50 minutes in length. The cost of each session is $175 and is due at the close of session. For those seeking insurance reimbursement, I will provide you an invoice to submit to your insurer. I also accept HSA/FSA.
